TAE contributes a special session to the 2011 OilDoc Conference

The Technische Akademie Esslingen (TAE) will contribute a comprehensive session to the 2011 OilDoc Conference. Acknowledged scientists and experienced engineers will deal with the following topics under the special direction of Mr. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wilfried J. Bartz: 

  • Microtexturing for assisting efficient mixed film lubrication
  • Formulation of lubricants considering interactions between additives and metal surfaces
  • Influence of lubricants on micropitting, fatigue pitting and scuffing of gears
  • Polyglycols as future lubricants
  • Lubricant management – basics of efficient lubrication

For more than 50 years leading companies rely on theTechnische Akademie Esslingen (TAE) as an experienced partner for the further and vocational training of their specialists and managers. TAE’s International Colloquium Tribology enjoys international reputation.The bi-annual event is hosted at Stuttgart /Osterfildern. The 17th International Colloquium Tribology, held from 19 to 21 January 2010, was once again an interesting and successful conference.

TAE and OilDoc cooperate with each other and interact in various ways. A leading member of both cooperation partners is involved in the Program Planning Committee of the other. In addition OilDoc will contribute a special session to 18th International Colloquium Tribology in 2012.
